The Alexander Discipline team would like to congratulate these three orthodontic leaders who practice the Alexander Technique!
Dr. Gayle Glenn is a Board-Certified orthodontist who practices in Dallas. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University and received her DDS degree from the University of Texas Dental School in San Antonio in 1982, where she graduated valedictorian of her class. She went on to receive her masters degree in orthodontics from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1984.
Active in many local, state, and regional dental organizations, Dr. Glenn is a past-president of both the Texas Association of Orthodontists and the Southwestern Society of Orthodontists. She is currently serving as president of the American Association of Orthodontists and is the first woman to hold this elected leadership position.
She was named the “American Business Woman of the Year” in 2002 by the American Business Women’s Association.
Dr. Liaw graduated from the Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Science, Chang Gung University with his DDS, MS degree. He is also the Director at Beauty Forever Orthodontic Clinic
Johnny Joung-Lin Liaw completed his orthodontic training at National Taiwan University Hospital in 1994 and received his master degree in Chang Gung University.
He is now in private practice since 2002 after 8-years of visiting staff in Shin-Kong Memorial Hospital.
He teaches a clinical orthodontic course and has done so for the last 15 years. He is also a clinical director in National Taiwan University Hospital. And he is now the president of the Taiwan Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Yasuhiko Asai received his dental degree from Osaka University, Faculty of Dentistry and his orthodontic training at Osaka University, Graduate School ( PhD). He is a Diplomate of the Japanese Board of Orthodontics and maintains his private office in Gifu, Japan.
Dr. Asai is one of the founding members of the Alexander Discipline Study Club of Japan (ADSCJ). He is an active member of the Edward H. Angle Society (Southwest Component) and now serving as the President of Japanese Association of Orthodontists (JpAO).
